Patients in our practice regularly ask themselves how they can effectively protect themselves from electrosmog. It is known that these high-frequency radiations, starting from cell phones, WLAN, radio masts, cordless phones and many other sparking devices are harmful to health. In this article you will learn what happens in the body and how you can effectively protect yourself from radiation.

Electrosmog – The influence on our biosystem

There are a large number of studies that prove that radiation has a negative effect on our health. If the radiation hits our cells as well as cell nuclei and DNA, it causes disturbances in the behavior of the cells. The communication between the cells as well as the proteins and enzymes are influenced in their regular course and thus disturbed.

Protection against the dangerous radiations

First of all, it is important to avoid the dangerous radiation as far as possible. This includes switching off the WLAN when it is not actively in use (especially at night), replacing cordless phones with cable phones, using the cell phone as little as possible and also switching it off at night. There is also the option of wiring the cell phone via an adapter and connecting it to a LAN plug so that no radio connection is required.

If your place of residence is in close proximity (less than 500 meters) to a radio mast, there is a high probability that the room is permanently exposed to massive radiation. This can be easily measured with a measuring device. You can either borrow such measuring devices or have the measurement done by a building biologist. If the measurement results in too much radiation, this is not a healthy habitat. It is necessary to shield the room from radiation.

But not only in our own four walls is our body exposed to dangerous electrosmog. Especially when travelling, such as at work, at school or on public transport or premises, there are radiation fields everywhere, the shutdown of which is usually not at our discretion. Nevertheless, there are various ways to harmonize them and strengthen the body.

There are different methods to test the below mentioned technologies for their effectiveness. These are:

1. autonomous regulatory diagnostics makes it possible to check the autonomous nervous system and its reaction to radiation.
2. darkfield microscopy shows how the radiation affects the charge safety of the cells. Our cells have a charge by which they repel each other. Due to electrosmog, they lose this charge for a moment, for example for ten to thirty minutes, depending on the duration of the influence. The cells stick together, the blood becomes thicker and therefore less flowable. Health problems with the blood circulation can therefore be caused by electrosmog.
3. heart rate variability (HRV) is a measure of how the heart responds to stress

After adding the various techniques described, the patient is re-examined. The effectiveness of the following techniques has already been successfully demonstrated:

1st Vita Chip: The so-called Vita Chip is attached to various devices such as the cell phone, the WLAN router, the telephone or even the baby monitor. This does not reduce the radiation, but modulates it. This means that the devices then function as a kind of bioresonance device. They therefore contain a health-giving information that they pass on to the human organism, which is perceived as positive by most people. These chips are relatively cheap and the installation is simple. The disadvantage, however, is that the Vita Chip has to be attached to each device individually and therefore cannot have any influence on the radiation outside our living space.

2. the technology of the company Qi Blanco – a more portable cell protection: this system offers the possibility to protect the body directly from all external radiation influences. The chip contained in the system creates a static field that stimulates water molecules in the body to change into a coherent state. The water crystals align themselves in a geometric structure and thus act like a Faraday cage. As soon as radiation arrives, it flows past. This system works with any kind of high-frequency radiation and therefore protects you perfectly. The company Qi Blanco offers protection in the form of a chain (QiOne, QiOne 2 Pro) and in the form of a home system.

You will get the best protection if you combine all three options: avoid radiation if possible, attach some Vita Chips to your electronic devices and use the Qi Blanco system. Since the costs are not necessarily insignificant, you can use one of the options at first.

To protect yourself and your health as much as possible from 5G and electrosmog, it is advisable to follow these tips. Thus, radiation can be avoided or at least harmonized. Experience shows that the effect is quite fast.

Sugar tastes sweet and most people love it, but it still carries some risks for our health. Regular hunger for sweets has several causes. On the one hand, it is possible that too few starchy carbohydrates are consumed, and on the other, constant consumption of sugary foods can lead to ravenous appetite. In this article you will find out what happens in the body and what alternatives there are to conventional sugar.
The glucose supply in the body

The glucose supply to the muscles and brain plays a major role in health. Especially for working people, pupils or students, the brain is under great strain in everyday life. The desire for sweets quickly arises, as the brain needs glucose to work properly. This craving can be due to a lack of starchy carbohydrates. A balanced diet with enough starchy carbohydrates ensures that the body has a sufficient supply of glucose. For example, oatmeal or buckwheat flakes for breakfast and a good portion of potatoes, corn, rice or millet for lunch and dinner. Starch consists of glucose molecules, which are essential for an adequate supply.

Another reason for sweet appetite can be a fungal or parasite infection in the intestine. As these people like to feed on sugar, they often direct their appetite towards sweets.

In addition, too much stress and other emotional burdens can trigger a sweet tooth. Through sugar we try to calm ourselves down. Certain systems in the body are triggered, followed by a surge of tryptophane in the brain, which in turn ensures the release of serotonin. As a result we are relaxed and feel good.

The negative properties of sugar

By consuming sugar, the insulin in the body is constantly being chased upwards. When there is a lot of insulin in the bloodstream and sugar is consumed, the blood sugar level rises. If this happens permanently, it is called diabetes. The body works against this process by releasing insulin again, which transports sugar into the cells. In principle, this sugar should also be transported there. However, the system no longer works if sugary foods are consumed regularly. If insulin levels rise too high, more sugar is brought into the cells than was actually consumed. The blood sugar level drops and leads again to a feeling of hunger. This leads to a changing cycle of too much and too little sugar. The consequences are fatigue and exhaustion because the energy balance has become unbalanced.

Alternatives to sugar

There are some good alternatives to conventional sugar. Contrary to popular belief, alternatives such as agave syrup, maple syrup, brown sugar and cane sugar are not healthy, but are also bad for the body. For example, agave syrup consists of 100% fructose. Honey is fine, as it consists of half glucose and half fructose. However, the bees suffer from it, because they are bred for honey. Actually honey serves only the bees themselves and should not be consumed by humans. other good alternatives, which do not affect the insulin household, are xylitol and erythritol. Both are suitable for sweetening food and drinks of any kind. Xylitol is also very good for oral hygiene. Just put some xylitol in your mouth after brushing your teeth, this ensures a good oral flora. But be careful, because excessive consumption of xylitol can lead to diarrhoea.
The best and healthiest alternative to sugar is date sugar. It offers many nutrients such as magnesium, potassium and calcium. The date is completely processed during production. It is first dried and then ground to produce a powder – the date sugar. This can be purchased in organic food stores, health food shops and on the Internet. There is also a date syrup, but it is not as healthy as date sugar.
Date sugar can be used for baking and cooking. It can be used to sweeten smoothies, muesli and rice pudding.

With the healthy sugar alternatives you are doing yourself a favour, as your muscle and fat balance is improved. If sugar cannot be avoided, you should combine it with a meal. So the piece of chocolate after lunch is no problem. But you should avoid sweets in between as much as possible.

Caution Laureth Sulfate

Sodium Laureth Sulfate, also Sodium Lauryl Sulfate – What is this actually and how harmful is it for our skin and our health? The so-called laureth sulphate is a surfactant, i.e. a washing-active substance which binds dirt and also has a fat-dissolving effect. This tenside is contained in shampoo and shower gel, but also in toothpaste, soaps and detergents. It has a cleansing effect and also provides a good amount of foam. Sounds promising, right? Yes, but in this article you will learn about the health consequences.

Despite its good cleaning properties, Sodium Laureth Sulfate is known for its harmful properties. The chemical surfactants cause considerable damage to the skin barrier. Due to the aggressive tensides, the skin loses its basic greasiness and thus becomes susceptible to itching, dryness, flaking and various skin diseases.

Basically the skin barrier protects the skin from getting sick. It ensures that fungi and bacteria cannot penetrate. However, if the skin barrier is damaged by regular washing with products containing Sodium Laureth Sulfate, health can suffer greatly. But not only the skin, also our hair is damaged by the chemical ingredients. The hair has a natural layer of fat, which prevents the hair from becoming thin and brittle. This is also negatively influenced by the regular use of chemical shampoo. The surfactants have a strong degreasing effect and thus ensure above all that the scalp dries out. In addition, the scalp can become tense and flaky. The aggressive surfactants can attack not only the scalp but also the sensitive facial skin and irritate the eyes. It even goes so far that the lungs can be irritated by inhaling the chemical substances.

Besides the aggressive surfactants, there are other, gentler surfactants that are less harmful to skin and hair. These include for example the glycosides. When buying shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, soap and detergent you should therefore pay attention to the ingredients on the back. As a rule, Laureth sulphates are also labelled as such and are therefore easy to recognise. As a rule, organic or natural products should not contain any toxic ingredients. In these, manufacturers rely on milder alternatives that are intended to protect both the environment and health. But even with natural products you should check whether they really contain only mild ingredients.

If Laureth toothpaste contains sulphate, this can lead to damage to the oral mucosa. The result is usually painful aphthae. One more reason to take a closer look at his toothpaste! If you already suffer from aphthae, the wrong ingredients could be responsible for this problem.

What happens through the chemical surfactants in the body?

The substance laureth sulphate releases dioxins into the skin, which are considered carcinogenic. These accumulate in the body and cause considerable damage over time. Our body basically tends to collect the harmful substances that arrive orally or through the skin and store them in the body instead of excreting them quickly. In addition, the substances can enter the liver for detoxification, which can damage the liver cells and ultimately lead to cancer.

Not only our nature, but especially your body will benefit if you give up all products containing Laureth Sulfate in the future and replace your existing products with natural ones. Highly recommended are the products of Hair-Ressource, which are 100% organic and natural. Highly recommended are the products of Hair-Ressource, which are 100% organic and natural. The choice is huge, so nowadays there is something for every taste. Instead of using conventional shampoos and shower gel, you can also try hair soap and body soap. Not only are they healthy, they also save a lot of packaging waste. A changeover from aggressive surfactants takes a while, however – so do not give up. The gentler alternatives are many times better for your health and you will see – they serve the same purpose.

Glyphosate is a pesticide that is used for weed control in agriculture, but also for personal use. This is mainly contained in the well-known remedy “Roundup” from Monsanto. In this article you can read about the health effects of glyphosate and why it is still used.

The history of glyphosate

The main component of today’s glyphosate is the former “Agent Orange”. This was used in the Vietnam War to clear the jungle of leaves and thus get a clear view. It was sprayed over a large area of the jungle. Later, the product was used for weed killing in private use and in agriculture.

The use of glyphosate in agriculture

While the use of the poisonous agent is prohibited in organic farming, it is very often used in conventional farming. Glyphosate is used by farmers for the following reasons:

1. to clear the soil of weeds so that the seed can emerge and grow undisturbed

2. to be able to plan the harvest accurately To achieve this, the farmer sprays the entire field with glyphosate shortly before the harvest, for example when a longer dry phase occurs. The poison causes the grain (such as oats or spelt) to die. During this process, the grain once again exerts all its strength, so that the farmer can expect a 30% higher yield. On the one hand, the period of harvest can be determined relatively accurately and, on the other hand, the yield is significantly higher than it would be without the use of glyphosate. For these reasons the poison has not yet been banned on the European market. Unfortunately, a healthy alternative has not yet been found.

How dangerous is glyphosate?

In 2015, the World Health Organization (WHO) classified glyphosate in cancer category 2A, meaning that it is considered likely to cause cancer in humans. By comparison, asbestos and tobacco fall into the same category.

Now when you consider that all our food is contaminated with glyphosate, the danger becomes clear. It has been proven that the poison changes our DNA so that mutations occur. In the worst case, these can develop into cancer.

Glyphosate also binds aluminium in the body, which is then transported to the brain. Over time, the brain is increasingly poisoned with aluminium and neurological diseases such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s or dementia develop.

Glyphosate also interferes with hormone balance, which can lead to diabetes and obesity, among other things. The microbiome in the intestine also mutates so that the cells in the intestine can die from the toxins. Various bacteria that are dangerous for us grow through glyphosate, such as Borrelia bacteria.

Glyphosate binds many different substances in the body, especially minerals. In general, the supply of minerals in our fruit and vegetables is relatively low, as these are lost when the food is sprayed. In addition, the plants can hardly extract any minerals from the soil, as it is already heavily contaminated by glyphosate and phosphorus fertiliser. In the end, about five to ten percent of minerals are left over, which the plants pull out of the soil. If these are then also bound in the body by glyphosate, the body can no longer use minerals in the end.

Protection from glyphosate

In general you should avoid the intake of glyphosate. Only unsprayed food should be consumed. You can either grow them yourself, buy them from a local organic farmer or organic shop or order them online. You should make sure that food you eat in large quantities (for example bread) is of pesticide-free origin.

To test whether your body is heavily loaded with glyphosate, we offer you the following test options:

1. about the autonomous regulatory diagnostics in our practice
2. self-test via our Dr. Mama system
3. a urine test (approx. 35 EUR), which is sent to a laboratory and evaluated

Although there is not yet an officially established limit for humans, an evaluation can provide information about glyphosate levels in your body. The only requirement for drinking water is that it must contain less than 0.1 nanogram of glyphosate per litre. The measured values of all people, on the other hand, are much higher.

The right detoxification

If a high value is found in you, a detox is advisable. There are several options available to you. The most important means are:

1. humic acid as drinking moor
2. Aktivomin
3. amino acid glycine
4. Brokkolisprossen

You should also work with antioxidants like vitamin C and vitamin E if possible. Selenium also reduces the dangerous effect of glyphosate.

During the detoxification phase, a suitable binder such as zeolite should also be taken to bind released glyphosate. After about a quarter of a year, the test should be repeated for review. It is clear that, in general, the supply of glyphosate in any form should be stopped.

Unfortunately, nowadays even organic food is no longer 100% free of glyphosate. The poison hangs in the air as well as in the water and thus also transfers to the biofields. In order to keep the dangerous effects and consequences as low as possible, you should make sure that you stay away from contaminated food as far as possible and use good, regional products, perhaps from the organic farmer next door.

Most people associate the vitamin folic acid with pregnancy. However not only pregnant women, but each humans need a certain measure of Folsäure in the body, in order to remain healthy. Which consequences a Folsäuremangel has and how you can take Folsäure best to you, experience you in this contribution.

Folic acid belongs to the group of B vitamins and is also known as vitamin B9. Folic acid is essential, which means that the body cannot produce this vitamin on its own. It must be supplied to the body either through food or, if necessary, through preparations. The human body is able to store the vitamin for about three to four months. Nevertheless, regular intake of the vitamin is advisable in cases of deficiency symptoms.

Symptoms of folic acid deficiency

A severe deficiency usually does not go unnoticed, as some symptoms can develop over time. Annemia (anemia) is possible, but it occurs rather rarely. It is also possible that the thrombocytes, i.e. the red blood platelets, decrease. When healthy, these ensure the formation of crusts in wounds. If the number of thrombocytes is too low, bleeding from injuries cannot be stopped or can only be stopped with difficulty. Other symptoms are sudden weight loss, nausea, diarrhea and inflammation of the tongue. If inflammation of the tongue occurs frequently, this can be an indication of folic acid deficiency.

Vitamin B9 and vitamin B12 are needed in the body to break down homocysteine. If these vitamins are not available in sufficient quantities, the homocysteine in the blood may rise high and thus endanger the blood vessels. In the worst case, arteriosclerosis, a chronic disease of the arteries, can develop.

Folic acid during pregnancy

When planning a pregnancy, it is important to take sufficient folic acid beforehand. If there is a folic acid deficiency, there is a risk that the baby will be born with an open back. The first few days of pregnancy are crucial. Since most women do not usually learn about the pregnancy until the second or third week, it may already be too late at this point. The birth of a child with an open back is very rare. Nevertheless, the folic acid balance should be replenished as a precaution.

Reasons for folic acid deficiency

The reason for a folic acid deficiency can be mainly the intake of antibabypills. But regular or heavy alcohol consumption can also be responsible for it. It is also possible that the small intestine is not properly receptive or that the liver is diseased and cannot process the folic acid. An insufficient intake of folic acid-containing foods can also cause a deficiency.

Supply folic acid

Folic acid should primarily be taken in with food, even without deficiency symptoms. Pulses and germinated cereal grains are particularly suitable for this. If possible, these should not be made from wheat. Although wheat contains a lot of folic acid, it is harmful to health due to other ingredients. Green leaves, such as green leafy vegetables, parsley and garden cress, sunflower seeds, asparagus, bananas and yeast also contain a lot of folic acid. If you regularly include these foods in your diet, you should be adequately supplied with vitamin B9.

A deficiency can be tested in the blood. If such a deficiency is found, you can take a preparation. Make sure that it is methylated folic acid, as this is very well absorbed by the body and is very biocompatible. The abbreviation for methylated folic acid is: 5-MTHF. An intake of 600 to 800 micrograms per day is recommended.

In newborns, folic acid supplementation is not necessary if the mother has an adequate supply of folic acid and is breastfeeding the baby.

Folic acid is extremely important for the organism and a deficiency should not be underestimated. Try to eat as many foods containing folic acid as possible, so that there is no deficiency at all.

Hair and body care is a big issue, especially if you want to use specific care products that are free of chemical content and are also organic. For the sake of the environment, many consumers also want to avoid unnecessary plastic waste in the bathroom. In this article you can find out which products are very well suited for this purpose.

We know from our own experience that it is not easy to find suitable products for adults and children under the criteria that the products should be free of chemical content, biological and plastic. Many patients, as well as we ourselves, do not tolerate chemical or biologically produced shampoos from the health food store.

Surfactants in shampoo

Conventional shampoos always contain surfactants. These ensure that fat and sebum are dissolved in the hair. Water alone is not enough to clean the hair properly. These chemical surfactants clean the hair well, but are harmful to the body. This component is also a major problem for the environment, as surfactants are very difficult to break down. In bio shampoos, for example, chemical surfactants are replaced by sugar surfactants. Nevertheless, residual amounts of the chemicals are contained, which allergy sufferers or sensitive consumers quickly notice on their skin. These products are therefore also often not tolerated.

Presentation of the I’m Resource products

In order to care for hair and skin in a natural way, we present you a product line. Effective microorganisms, which develop from fermented fruit and vegetables, make it possible to produce the care products in a completely natural way.

The inventor and manufacturer of I’m Resource, Silvio Pillilini, worked as a chemist at L’Oreal Redkin in New York many years ago. With time and the increase in allergies and intolerances among the population, he has increasingly questioned his work at L’Oreal. Pillilini developed an aversion to what he was doing. Finally, a research project was started at L’Oreal with the aim of producing a purely natural surfactant. This should not contain sodium laureth sulfate or detergents. The project, which lasted several months, was successful: By fermenting fruit and vegetables, it was possible to obtain a foam (surfactant) which could dissolve fat and sebum from the hair. In contrast to Silvio Pillilini’s presentation, however, no corresponding products from L’Oreal were put on the market. Eventually he and his family left New York and moved back to Germany. A few years later he founded the company I’m Resource, which has now been in existence for more than ten years.

The products and their advantages

There are some natural products from I’m Hair Resource. These include various detergents for the skin, various shampoos, face cream (also for mature skin) and hair gel. In addition, the All Donna product can be used for washing hands, for example, and for washing dishes in the kitchen.

Due to the natural, 100% economical ingredients, the hair gets back its natural shine and feel. The hair looks much healthier and more beautiful. Before using these products, however, you should note that the hair should be cleaned of chemical substances. The microorganisms cannot survive in a chemical environment and thus cannot develop their effect. On the I’m Resource website you can find a natural hairdresser near you who uses these products. So you can also discover the right products for you on site, as there are several different fragrances to choose from. After cleaning, the selected products can easily be used at home. If you wish, you can also order the products on the Internet on the manufacturer’s website.

A further advantage of the products is the plastic-free packaging. The products are filled in white opal glass and are therefore also environmentally friendly.

We ourselves have been using various products from the line for nine years. We have no more other products in our household and are very satisfied with them. The products are only a recommendation, but we advise everyone to take care of their health and to avoid chemical care products as far as possible.

Amalgam is one of the most common dental fillings in Germany and many other countries. It is paid for by health insurance companies and is considered stable and durable. Dentists usually process amalgam because it is uncomplicated. For plastic or ceramic fillings the dentist must be more skilled and better trained. Many patients shy away from co-payment and therefore choose the free option. In this article you will learn about the massive health consequences of such amalgam fillings.
What amalgam does to the body

Amalgam is a major health problem. More than half of this substance consists of mercury, other components are silver, copper, tin, zinc and others. When patients ask their dentist whether existing amalgam fillings can be removed, they often get the answer that the fillings look good. In many cases this is even true, but at any time the mercury is in the mouth, masses of mercury molecules are created. These enter the body via the bloodstream through abrasion when brushing and chewing, but also through the tooth pulp. Via the bloodstream, the mercury also reaches the trigeminal nerve, through which the poison reaches the brain directly. The health of the brain is endangered. In the first few decades the body can compensate for the poison, but in old age the problems usually begin. The constant flow of mercury into the brain creates larger areas in which no new cell or nerve connections can develop. Nerve cell connections that are missing lead to diseases like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis and other neurological diseases.

The body is not able to drain the mercury out of the body on its own. The amalgam accumulates, is first parked in places in the body where it causes least damage, such as in the connective tissue. Gradually, the body fills up so that the mercury ends up in the cells and the central nervous system. The body cannot excrete the poison without help. So-called scavenger cells absorb the toxins, but die when trying to transport them to the liver. Further consequences are depression and schizophrenia. The mercury massively disturbs many competent processes in the body.

Amalgam was already banned in China, India and other countries some time ago. The EU is also talking about a ban, but a final phase-out is not planned until 2022. Dentists allegedly lack appropriate materials, so that no immediate ban can be issued. However, the co-payment for plastic fillings for pregnant women and nursing mothers will be covered by all health insurances since July 1, 2018. Every patient should be protected and amalgam filling should be prohibited.

A test method can be used to find out whether all symptoms are caused by mercury poisoning in the body. If this suspicion is confirmed, existing amalgam fillings should definitely be removed with the correct procedure.

Important steps towards restructuring

1. before removing amalgam, a good binding agent, for example chlorella, should be taken Care should be taken to take a really good product. Chlorella from Biopure.eu works best for us (more Information)  (With the therapist number D10410 you get a discount here)

2. The natural detoxification pathways of the body must be free. The lymphatic system, liver, kidneys and intestines must be intact. For example, if the patient suffers from chronic constipation, this must be treated before the amalgam is removed.

3. The dentist should clarify whether the removal can be done quadrant by quadrant. This means that if there are several amalgam fillings, remove them one by one – not all at once. In this way the body is given time to deal with the poisonous sponges that develop.

4. The dentist should work with a rubber dam. This serves to shield the tooth to be treated from the rest of the oral cavity to avoid possible mercury burns or other complications. However, there are still dentists who drill out the fillings without any protection.

5. As toxic fumes are produced during drilling, a suction device for the drill is recommended. This “Clean Up” is already available for about eight euros and, if the dentist does not have it, the patient can bring it along himself. This device has a standard size and fits on all common drills. The toxic fumes should not be inhaled by the patient or the staff in the room.

6. A supply of fresh air from outside via a nasal probe is also advisable.

7. The hole in the tooth created after removal must first be filled with chlorella powder for ten to fifteen minutes and then rinsed out. Then a cement filling should first be made, as this will absorb the last molecules of mercury for the next six to twelve months. This is then replaced by a durable plastic or ceramic filling.

A restoration should only be carried out by experienced dentists and under consideration of the above mentioned points. Otherwise there is a risk of further health consequences. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should take binding agents when amalgam fillings exist to avoid poisoning the child. Under no circumstances should remediation be carried out during this time. For women who wish to have children, it is advisable to check in advance whether rehabilitation is necessary.

Here you can download a checklist with which you can check whether the dentist is the right one for amalgam sanitation or not : Checklist for amalgam sanitation

In the warm season many parents are concerned with the topic of sun protection. First of all, the sun is not our enemy, on the contrary, our body actually needs it. UV rays ensure sufficient vitamin D production, but UVB rays also have a positive effect on our body and the immune system. In order to use the sunlight, it must shine directly on our skin. How this is possible without burning yourself and other helpful tips you will learn in this article.

The sun cream – questionable protection

The worst way to protect yourself from UV rays is to apply a chemical sunscreen to your skin. Certain substances in the sun cream ensure that the skin and cells react in a certain way in connection with the sun. At first this type of sun protection may be effective, but it is a direct intervention in the biophysical balance of our body cells. As a rule, such creams contain so-called nanoparticles, which are dangerous for the body from a size of less than 100 nanometres. The particles can penetrate the skin layers completely to the cell nucleus and impair the cells there in their work. There are also many indications that nanoparticles are carcinogenic. Chemical components partly act like hormones and thus also upset the receptors and hormone balance.

Physical protection

Physical protection is the easiest way. This means slowly accustoming the skin to the sun before exposure to strong sunlight, thus making it less sensitive. About five to ten minutes per day are sufficient to stimulate melanin production. The skin becomes tanned and automatic protection against sunburn is created.

In addition, long clothing protects against direct sunlight. A hat with protection in the neck is advisable for children. Protection is also advisable in the shade, for example by umbrellas or trees.

Cell protection from the inside out

Another way to protect yourself from the sun is cell protection. For example, before a holiday in the sun, a relatively high dose of selenium methionine can be taken over a period of six weeks. It is advisable to take 1000 milligrams a day over three intakes. In the case of particularly strong imminent sun exposure, the dose can be increased up to 1500 milligrams.

Beta-carotene, preferably in the form of carrots or collera algae (only tested varieties), also helps the body to build up natural protection against the sun.

Protection from outside

There is the possibility to create a mineral protection through the skin from the outside. The minerals act like a film on the skin. When choosing a product, it is important to make sure that it contains titanium oxide, zinc oxide or mixtures of both substances. The condition for such a product is that it does not contain nanoparticles. This substance must be marked on the products. If you do not see the label “none nano”, you can ask the manufacturer directly. If in doubt, it is better not to buy the product.

Babies and toddlers must be especially protected from too much sunlight. We recommend the mineral creams “Lavera Sun” and “Eco Cosmetics Sun Lotion”. There are no questionable additives or perfumes in these products.

These natural sun protection options protect you and your children from painful sunburn without causing any other side effects. Why don’t you give it a try during your next summer holiday?

Fructose intolerance is a widespread food intolerance from which one in ten citizens in the western, industrial world suffers. However, every person above a certain level has an intolerance. In this article you will learn what fructose is, what it is used for in the body and what causes the intolerance.
The different types of fructose intolerance

On the one hand there is the very rare, genetically determined fructose intolerance, which occurs in a ratio of 1:130,000. On the other hand, there is fructose intolerance, which takes place in the intestine and manifests itself through various symptoms such as stomach aches, cramps, diarrhoea and flatulence. The problems occur mainly in the large intestine. The fructose is absorbed in the small intestine and transported to the liver. If the body cannot absorb enough fructose due to a lack of the transport protein GLUT 5, it is transported to the large intestine, where it causes the problems. Intestinal bacteria process the fructose and thus trigger the corresponding reactions and symptoms.

The function of fructose in the body

The body needs fructose to process glucose. In men this is also the food for the sperm. However, ninety percent of the fructose ingested is not needed by the body and is therefore excreted.

Where fructose is found

Normally fructose is found in fruits. There are two types of sugar, either as simple sugars such as glucose or galactose or combined in cane or beet sugar as sucrose. In this case the glucose is linked to the fructose. In fruits both types occur.

There is also fructose, which is artificially produced and added to food as a sweetener. This artificial fructose is much more dangerous than the natural fruit sugar in fruit. However, many people have problems with the fructose in fruit.

Fructose easily explained

Fructose tastes sweet, but does not fill you up. Glucose in the form of simple sugars or starches, on the other hand, fills up, so the body signals that it has had enough, which in turn has something to do with insulin metabolism. Sweetened foods cause the body to demand more and more, although it only needs glucose to produce energy. The danger is particularly great with artificially sweetened foods, but also, for example, with the popular sugar substitute agave syrup, which consists of ninety percent fructose.

Further facts about fructose

The fructose is transported in the small intestine by proteins into the bloodstream. The transport protein glut 5 is formed in the intestinal cells as a passive process in the small intestine. The fructose attaches to the protein and is thus absorbed by the body. It is different with glucose and galactose, which are actively absorbed. The body recognises them and channels them into the body with a certain amount of energy.

Fructose is dependent on the protein gluten 5, so if there is a fructose intolerance, this is influenced by intestinal health. If the intestine is already irritated by other intolerances to certain foods such as gluten or milk protein, a latent inflammation of the intestine develops so that the small intestine can no longer work efficiently. The protein gluten 5 is ultimately no longer produced in sufficient quantities.

Treatment options and other measures

Through regular intestinal marination, intestinal health can be restored and treats the causal problem for the resulting fructose intolerance. This also applies to other diseases such as intestinal bacteria in the wrong proportion, fungi, parasites, toxins, as well as electrosmog. All these problems make sure that the intestines can no longer work properly. What is disturbing the intestinal wall in detail can be found out with the help of a therapist who is at best trained according to the Klinghardt method.

In addition, the affected person can also go on a diet without the help of a therapist. In this case, all foods containing fructose should first be removed from the diet until the intestine has recovered somewhat. Gradually, the affected person can test individual types of fruit for individual tolerance. The most suitable types of fruit are those that contain a relatively high amount of glucose, such as bananas and avocado. These types of fruit are usually much better tolerated. Glucose promotes the absorption of fructose, so it helps to take glucose with foods containing fructose, for example in the form of dextrose. Foods containing sorbite, on the other hand, make the absorption of fructose worse, so they should definitely be avoided.

To improve a fructose intolerance, you should first treat the root cause and then slowly move on to the incompatible foods. An improvement is quite likely with the right treatment and improves the quality of life enormously.

Autism is a large clinical picture in which the main symptom is a disturbance in the ability to process external stimuli in the brain. The brain is the central unit that processes all stimuli that enter the organism from outside. In autistic people this processing of stimuli is blocked in some way. What exactly this means and how the symptoms can be improved is explained in this article.

Autism in general

In an autistic child, the disease starts with very mild learning difficulties and can progress to complete autism
will do. At such a stage, man is no longer able to participate in his environment, he needs protected space and a lot of time and rest for himself to feel comfortable. The autistic person has problems with even the smallest changes in his environment. This spectrum of forms is called the autistic form circle.

The autistic form circle includes many disease patterns, such as ADHD, ADHD and certain learning disorders, which affect many children. There are possibilities to treat autistic people. Regular treatment successes prove this.

The causes of autism

1. Poisoning

Toxins, especially heavy metals such as mercury and aluminium are regularly detected in the brains of children with autism. There, they disrupt the processing of stimuli and prevent the right and left hemispheres of the brain from working together properly. Those affected usually have a poorer ability to detoxify the body on their own. The toxins place a heavy burden on the brain. This problem can hardly be detected before the disease begins.

The burden begins in the womb. If the mother has a lot of heavy metals from, for example, dental fillings or smoking, sixty percent of these are already transferred to the child through the placenta before birth. The child cannot deal with the toxins, so they already burden the brain before birth.

In addition, vaccinations contain heavy metals, which lead to severe problems in children who are exposed to toxins. Vaccinations should definitely be considered. In general, it is best to wait with vaccinations until the child is 2 years old, because then the blood-brain barrier is no longer open and the numerous toxins of the vaccination no longer reach the brain directly. But even then the toxins are an unnecessary burden for the child. The waiting period also gives you the opportunity to monitor your child for any symptoms from the autistic form. If there are even the slightest signs, or if the child has difficulties with detoxification, then one should not vaccinate under any circumstances. A genetic test for the ability to detoxify offers more security here.

Chemicals from the environment and nutrition also put a strain on the body. Therefore, a clean and organic diet is extremely important. Problems in the lymphatic system caused by infections must be eliminated. For example, chronic tonsillitis can be a source of infection in the body, and by removing it the optimal lymphatic flow in the body can be restored.

2. Problems in the intestine due to food intolerances  Unhealthy foods such as gluten, wheat and dairy products increasingly lead to food intolerances. These cause slight inflammations in the intestine, which inhibit the absorption of nutrients. These “silent inflamations” can lead to a permeable intestine through which toxins enter the lymphatic system. Inflammatory cytokines thus end up in the brain and make it more difficult for it to function. In autistic patients, the identification of incompatible foods and subsequent avoidance can be very helpful.

3. Infections  It has been regularly established that infections are partly responsible for autism. The body is weakened by toxins, inflammations in the intestines and infections. These infections may have already reached the child during pregnancy or in the birth phase. These are infections with retroviruses, parasites in the intestines, herpes viruses, fungi as well as bacteria such as streptococci, borrelia and many more. The treatment of such infections has already shown many improvements in the symptoms of autistic children.

4. Exposure to electrosmog  Electrosmog plays a major role in our environment, but is nevertheless often swept under the table. It is important for children and adults suffering from autism to avoid any exposure to radiation. WLAN and mobile phone should be available in the bedroom. must be switched off and the smartphone must be set to flight mode. The best way to disconnect the power completely at the sleeping place is to unscrew the fuse.

Children with autism are often very affine to smartphones and tablets, but they should only be given them when they are offline. The radiation drives the brain crazy and it cannot work properly. Especially at night the regeneration in the body, even in healthy people, is disturbed by radiation.

The electro-smog load in a room, for example in the children’s room, can be measured and, if necessary, the clinical picture requires a complete shielding of the room. Tests have proven that the exposure during pregnancy was significantly higher in mothers of autistic children than in those of healthy children. Therefore, it is very important to pay attention to low exposure already during pregnancy. A so-called abdominal bandage also offers the unborn child protection against electrosmog in the city.

5. Increased need for nutrients

Autistic people have an increased need for nutrients. For example, a lack of oxygen is a major problem. While an oxygen molecule in healthy people reaches the nerve cell after only a fraction of a second, this process takes four minutes for a fully autistic person. The symptoms of an autistic person can be improved by massive addition of missing nutrients. Which nutrients these are can be easily determined with the help of autonomous regulatory diagnostics.

The main nutrient of the brain is glucose. It is often noticeable in autistic persons that they react very strongly to sugary foods. It is precisely then that attention should be paid to a healthy diet with many good carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins and enzymes in order to supply the brain with glucose in an optimal way.

All these findings and problems show that humanity has taken the wrong path in many places, and autistic children are the result of this. However, they can be helped to optimally shape and improve their lives despite their illness. These sensitive people are not crazy – special attention should be paid to them.
