As alternative practitioners and Klinghardt therapists and parents, we have searched for many years for the optimal, health-maintaining, vitalizing and non-allergic diet.

Together with our children and also with hundreds of patients, we have tried all possible, known dietary directions, but it was mostly unsatisfactory, until we said that we now combine the best results from all the different directions.

The result: a high-carb - vegan - gluten-free diet. This is what we do best. But countless of our patients also benefit immensely from this diet.

Since we were faced with the challenge at the beginning that there was NO cookbook that fulfilled ALL the conditions, we produced a "script" ourselves with recipes and information. From this, after 2 years of "trial", this wonderful small but effective cookbook has emerged.
