I don't have to get my information from different books or various internet sites anymore, but watch a video of Matthias and Daniela. Their knowledge is enormous and also tested in practice. The best thing is learning the test method, it needs some practice, but when you master it, you are independent and know which food the body needs and tolerates, or if something is missing. I simply test everything, symptoms of illness, sleeping place, dietary supplements etc.

At first we were sceptical, but after we had worked through all the modules of the course, suddenly everything was quite simple. We finally found out the cause for my neurodermatitis and also for the asthma of our Julian. Great, I didn't think we'd get that under control again.
