In order to maintain permanent access, we expect the following rules to be followed within our Facebook groups. We want to help and support each other in order to achieve our goals with a strong group feeling.

1. The group was created by us to inspire and support each other.
2. No complaining. We want to support each other here, not drag us down.
3. No talking bad about others.
4. Post positive things.
5. Introduce yourself. Ask for help. We all do it together!
6. Please use your real name (or artist name) and upload a profile picture of yourself to your Facebook account so we can all identify each other in the group.
7. Without a picture, you support yourself and others in their old desire for anonymity, and the goal of the group is to achieve just the opposite.
8. Matthias and Daniela keep stopping by in the group and answer the one or other question, but you can't demand answers to questions. This is what the question-answer phone sessions are for.
9. Only members who have paid the full amount for the school or who are NOT in arrears with their installments have access to the group.
10. Questions regarding login details, access to modules and the like should be sent to service@diepraxisfamily.com and NOT to the Facebook group!
11. You will receive answers from Monday to Friday
12. Please no direct sales offers for your products here in this group.
13. Please do not create any events/events in this group.

This group is **NOT** for self-promotion (whether it's paid products, or "free" events like webinars or congresses)
Please do not post or comment that our group members are asking you to send private messages.

If you have something to say or share, please do it within the group. Open and transparent for everyone. That's what we created it for, protecting all members and ensuring security. We all want to know what you have to say!
