Once you are a PraxisFamily member, you cannot resell your access or membership to a third party.

You may request a refund during the legally standard refund period. However, there are no exceptions in our refund policy or in the event that you change your mind after the refund period. We therefore ask you to act responsibly when purchasing a program from us.

If you no longer wish to use your account, we will be happy to help you transfer it to your spouse or life partner.

However, this offer is only available to spouses and domestic partners. Otherwise, the membership is NOT transferable.
